Renogize will work with you to customize content for your leadership development workshop. Your leadership needs are not entirely unique but how they impact your organization are unique. We will work closely with you to develop the content and deliver a powerful one or two-day workshop.

Most of our programs have content delivered each quarter over the span of a year. This allows your participants to learn, then implement, then debrief and continue to grow. Your leaders will develop these new leadership habits that will impact your entire company.

To reinforce and implement the content from the workshops, Renogize will provide 90-minute video-virtual group coaching sessions for the participants. The purpose of these sessions is to help them integrate the new tools they are learning, ask questions, and identify real scenarios to elevate their leadership. The leader cohort would be broken into multiple small groups for these video-virtual sessions.

To further the success of the Leadership Development Program, there will be 60-minute video-virtual coaching/development sessions with all the individual leaders. Individual executive coaching will allow a deeper dive into the needs of participants and to better understand their level of assimilation of the program content. Participants will meet with their coach via a video-virtual session to personally integrate the content, discuss leadership principles around the content, and hone tools that continue to move the team forward.
