Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information The SJS Olson Group LLC, doing business as Renogize ("Renogize," "we," "us"), collects through renogize.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: what you choose to give us and what your browser sends automatically.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or schedule a meeting through Calendly, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, organization, and any message you include. Providing this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide it, you can still browse the Site.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, the site that referred you, and general location (city or region). This information does not identify you by name.

How we use your information

We use your information only to communicate with you and to market our services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule the meetings you request

• Send you information about Renogize services, events, and resources

• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising

• Comply with legal obligations

How to opt in to or out of marketing emails and texts is explained in the next section.

Email and text message consent

We send marketing emails and text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.

Email. You agree to receive marketing emails from Renogize when you check the email opt-in box on our contact form or booking page. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. After you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about a meeting or engagement you requested.

Text messages. We send marketing text messages only with your prior express written consent, which you give by entering your mobile number and checking a separate SMS opt-in box. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also opt out by replying "quit," "cancel," or "unsubscribe," or by emailing info@renogize.com, and we will honor your request within 10 business days. After you opt out, we may send one text confirming it.

Mobile information. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that deliver our text messages.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking pixels

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Pixels are small pieces of code that record when a page loads or a form is submitted. We use both for analytics and advertising.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data, which Google processes on our behalf. You can block Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising pixels. We use tracking pixels from [PLATFORMS, e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads] to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. These companies may collect information about your activity on the Site and on other websites over time. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool and the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out page, and through the ad settings on each platform.

Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, parts of the Site may not work as intended.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, including our website host, Google Analytics, Calendly (scheduling), our email and customer relationship tools, and the advertising platforms named above. They may use your information only to provide services to us. Calendly's handling of booking information is described in its Privacy Notice.

• When required by law, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

• If Renogize is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under the terms of this policy.

None of the sharing described above includes text messaging opt-in data or consent. That information goes only to the providers that deliver our texts.

How long we keep information

We keep contact information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we rely on reputable service providers with their own security programs. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws. To make a request, email info@renogize.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

Renogize is based in the United States. If you visit the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including our podcast, Intentional Leader Network, and speaking pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
