Renogize Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of renogize.com (the "Site"), operated by The SJS Olson Group LLC, doing business as Renogize ("Renogize," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides general information about Renogize and its coaching and leadership development services. You may use it for lawful purposes only.

No professional advice. Content on the Site, including articles, podcast episodes, videos, and downloads, is for general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice, and reading it does not create a coaching relationship.

Coaching engagements. Requesting information or booking a call does not create a contract. Any coaching, team, or leadership development engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Renogize and the client organization. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Results. Case studies, testimonials, and outcome figures on the Site describe the experience of specific clients. Results depend on the individual, the organization, and the engagement, and are not guaranteed.

Age. The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to submit information through it.

Intellectual property

Renogize owns or licenses all content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, podcast episodes, downloads, and the names Renogize, The Renogize Process, and Intentional Leader. This content is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print Site content for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, and other third-party names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person

• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages

• Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

• Scrape, copy, or collect Site content or data by automated means without our permission

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law

Information you submit

Information you submit through forms or scheduling tools is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling, and links to websites we do not control, including the Intentional Leader Network and our podcast and speaking pages. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Text message program terms

If you opt in to text messages from Renogize, these terms apply.

• Program. Renogize sends text messages about coaching services, resources, events, and scheduling to people who opt in on the Site.

• Consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of buying any service.

• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out. You can also opt out by emailing info@renogize.com.

• Help. Reply HELP, email info@renogize.com, or call 812.219.8273.

• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renogize disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renogize and its owners, employees, and coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit liability under a separate written coaching agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renogize and its owners, employees, and coaches from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Renogize about your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
